[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy and simple to use and almost no sound very quiet. Performs well. My son loves using it and loved decorating and personalizing it. Has a low or high intensity brushing power. It also has a convenient two minute timer so the child knows when they are done brushing. The only improvements I would recommend are having an additional button to distinguish between the high and low intensity and having a visible timer for the child to actually visualize the time counting down.

The Design a Pet Edition comes with 2 sheets of stickers that allows you child to personalize their Toothbrush. This Toothbrush is for ages 3 plus, helps kids prevent cavities, has a 2 minute SmartTimer, 30 second KidPacer, 2 intensities - gentle and extra gentle, and a 14 day battery life. There is a battery indicator also let's you know when your battery is low and needs recharging. This Toothbrush is easy for my son to use. He liked the extra gentle intensity level. There is also a Sonicare Kids App that you can download (Android and iOS) to help guide your child to build healthy habits. Overall, this is a cute concept to help kids get more involved with brushing their teeth. My child received this product for free as part of a product test.

He looks forward to using his "beary brush" amd is doing a much more thorough job. Being able to design it the way he wanted was a huge plus! Recharges quick, has great battery life, and isn't overly intense like some brushes can be. I can't recommend this enough!

When we received it, he was most excited about putting on the stickers and making a “pet.” We have to keep pushing the stickers back on, but he loves that it is personalized for him. I wasn't sure how he would do with the vibration of an electric toothbrush, so I appreciate the fact that this toothbrush builds up the power over time. I personally couldn't tell a difference in the power increasing and neither could my son, but it's a great idea. It took some getting used to for him. I think it is a very strange sensation that he had to get used to. It's still not his favorite, but it's doable. I also love that it beeps when you should switch areas and when you are done. 2 minutes seems like a very long time in a 5 year olds small mouth, so he rarely makes it to 2 whole minutes but we are building up over time. Overall we are very happy with this toothbrush!

The brush has a softness that is suitable for this age group. The brushes come with the standard charging docks found in other Philips (adult) electric tooth brushes and have the same haptic feedback to tell you they are working. Our daughter likes and uses it and that's the main thing.
