Disappointed. It works and I will assume it kills bacteria. Disappointment is you have to flip your phone and go through another cycle on the other side. Your phone in the device for 20 minutes total. That is a bit long and there are devices that use mirrors so that you don't need to flip them. My fault for not doing further research, but would prefer a single use cleaning.

Another fail from walmart. there attempt to keep up with Amazon by flooding there site with poor quality items needs to stop. Electronics failed 3 weeks after purchase. Walmarts terrible return policy makes me hesitant on future purchases. I could have purchased the same quality item on Amazon and returns are much easier. They also hired contractors to deliver there goods. I watched the driver throw my items out of his car in the middle of my lawn in a rain storm and drive away.

I liked its operation except for a couple of items. 1. I have not figured out how to get the essence oil out of the bottle as it is not in a plastic squeezable container. 2. It is very difficult to open when you squeeze the top to open as it forces the latch deeper into the notch. To remedy this, I cut the tab on the top off and now don't have a problem .

I ordered 2 of these, one for me and one for my mother. I have not used the aroma diffuser part as I'm not really sure why I would need that. I use the UV aspect for my phone, keys, glasses. You can basically use it for anything that will fit into the box. Works well and is pretty quick. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars, is that the UV only hits on one side, so after it finishes you have to flip the item over to get the other side.

I bought 3pcs for gifts and personal use however mine which i use personally suddenly stops working..... buttons are not functioning no lights indication too. Wonder if it breaks so easily like that with couple of weeks using it.. was happy with it until the breakdown happens.!
