PILOT B2P - Bottle to Pen Refillable & Retractable Rolling Ball Gel Pen Made From Recycled Bottles, Fine Point, Blue G2 Ink, 12-Pack (31601)

These pens are awesome. They come with a gel cover on the top that needs to be picked off. The ink is deep black, comes out smoothly, and dries in seconds (no smudging), and doesn't bleed. The pen feels substantial and is a pleasure with which to write. When using for the first time, the way it looked and felt made me want to write in cursive. Great pen. Worked right away with no need to scribble to make ink flow.

The Pilot B2P (Bottle to Pen) BeGreen Retractable Ball Point Gel Pen has been manufactured to resemble a water bottle, wittingly so as it is made from up to 89% post consumer recycled content; the first of its kind! The barrel is translucent so that you can easily maintain a visual on ink levels so you'll never suddenly run out of your favorite ink mid-writing. You can refill the pen with a standard pilot g-2 refill. If you've already tried the standard G-2 out and loved them, this pen will provide those same crisp writing features while allowing you to remain environmentally conscious. The pen also features a sturdy pocket clip that held up to my rigorous testing. Keep in mind because it is a gel pen, the ink is ‘thicker' with a 0.7 tip and takes a moment to dry which means it is more susceptible to smearing. I personally prefer a finer point between 0.35-0.3 As a self-proclaimed pen addict, I am always on the prowl for the perfect pen. While the Pilot B2P Gel Pen did not quite end my quest, it does deserve an honorable mention and makes me feel good knowing that it is more environmentally friendly.

Very nice very smooth writer. It's a very different pen because you must remove the protective rubber off the tip of the pen first so it will dispense the ink. I suppose it's so the ink does not leak? Never saw that before but I like it! These came from China and it's also the corana virus time so it took quite a while to get here. Luckily we had another to use meanwhile. The packaging was fine.

The Pilot B2P Gel Pen is made of 89% recyclable material. They are made of plastic bottles. That is what B2P means Bottle to Pen. They have a Retractable roller, translucent barrel. The pen has a good comfortable grip that feels good in my hand. It is a fine point 0.7. Black ink produces Bold Dark Lines that are easy to see. The ink writes smoothly on paper. Ink dries quickly I have not had any problems with it smearing. This pen is refillable just unscrew the tip and insert a new ink barrel. The dimensions are 0.75x0.5x5.75 inches. And light weight. I would recommend this pen!

I absolutely love these pens. The gel is so smooth and doesn't smear very easily. I am a lefty so believe me, I've had my fair share of pen smears at the worst possible time. I love that these are retractable, I love that they come in other colors but black is by far my favorite.
