I am obsessed with these pens and I do not say that lightly. I do a lot of handwriting and like color coloring my notes. These pens write smoothly and the ink is beautiful. The grip is just right - I'm usually writing for hours at a time and these pens make that as comfortable as it can be. I have developed a weird complex where I need to buy a pack of these every single time I shop at Walmart because I fear someday running out and how devastating that would be. I can't suffer another loss like that. Don't ask me how many pens I have.
I think it writes ‘thinner' than my other pens that are pilot g2 fine point 0.7, also the colors are lighter than what I was expecting But I like them and will use them. I'll probably end up ordering the same ones I normally get but they're always out of stock when I order!
great but does take a minute to dry s on I got some ink on the side of my hand and some smearing on whatever I was trying to write on. More smear on the 1.0. than the narrow 0.70 pen. I am a lefty so I have to write over the top of what I just wrote. If I were Japanese or Chinese I wouldn't have this problem, but for lefties writing left to right, the problem could occur. Other than that. I think it is pretty cool to have the ink look like fountain pen ink!!
WE usually love these pens but they must of sent us an old batch as the ink isn't great and doesn't come out smoothly. Seems dried out and need to shake the pen many times to try to get it to write. I would return as it was a big pack of them but threw away packaging before I knew how bad they were.
There are the best disposable pens out there. Clean, smooth writing and retractable as well. They glide nicely over a variety of paper surfaces. Just take care with slick surfaces like some greeting and note cards and let the ink dry well before closing or touching.
