I installed this in my 2000 Ford F-150 pickup and I did have to cut part of the housing area out to make it fit. Ford for some reason did not provide a full 2 DIN area but I managed to get it installed. At first the cell phone did not function completely with all of the features but eventually everything started working as it's supposed to. I have no idea why it didn't work at first and no idea why started working but it does now. The Siri feature is fantastic! It keeps your attention on driving and functions exactly as it does on your phone. The manual is not the best in the world but if you take your time and read it and read it again you'll eventually make sense out of it.
