PlantFusion Complete Meal Plant Based Protein Powder, Vanilla, 1.0 Lb, 10 Servings

I’ve struggled to find a protein that tastes good and keeps me full, but this works! The powder isn’t as gritty as other powders I’ve tried (and I’ve tried quite a few). I blend the powder with plant based milk, fruit, and ice and I am full for a few hours. This is now the only protein I keep stocked in my cabinet. It’s worth a try if you are struggling to find something that tastes good, isn’t gritty, and keeps you full for a while.

I love this stuff. I have a smoothie everyday at noon and really look forward to it! I use the chocolate caramel with chocolate almond milk and a flavored Greek yogurt and four ice cubes in a Ninja.

Complete Meal gives me the protein I need plus I feel like the added nutrients are my natural vitamins. I actually eat it as a pudding (less liquid) over chopped apples followed by drinking water afterward. Yum. The Fast Fat Nootropic is what I drink before my morning 10 miles bike ride and actually feel more energized and ready to seize the day... I just ordered my second container.

I drink a meal replacement shake every morning. It helps me quickly start my metabolism and get out the door. I also know that I'm getting a good dose of nutrients every day when I drink it.

I love the complete meal. I blend it into a protein shake and it works great. I like the fact that you actually blend it yourself, vs. just private label some product. You guys rock!
