PlayStation 5 Slim Console - Fortnite Cobalt Star Bundle - PlayStation 5

The first night we plugged our new Ps5 in and used it it turned off! I was freaking out after making such a large purchase. Got it figured out that the system was too close to the wall causing it to overheat. So Happy that it didn't have to be sent back! It came to our home super fast and we haven't had a problem since! So happy with my purchase(:

Good product, coming from a person who does not trust anything but the business website, this came in decently good condition but I'm sure it just got ruffed up otw to me. Love the speed of this, my old one took 30 minutes to load this is 30 seconds, overall good bundle and you get a skin for the same price as a regular PlayStation. Btw I'm an employee but I'm not favoring the company no worries you can trust my word!

Well first off it took well over 5 days to get to me which made no sense at all. I ordered it from my local store and it said they had to ship it to me from Arizona. I went into the store and they still had 2 on the shelf. Also when I received it the box was opened so I think I got a used system that was reset and boxed back up.

I am giving this 2 stars for now. Ordered for curbside as it was in stock, but it was changed to ship. It arrived on time but the box it was shipped in had been opened and the. taped back shut. The console box inside had also been opened, the security tape was cut. I removed the console %26 it looks to be new with the security tape still intact over the HDMI port. I will update this review again once I start it all up and make sure it's not a used unit. If it's a used unit it will be returned for a new one as I ordered and paid for a new unit.

Ended up With a Faulty PS5.Worked for 2 Hours My son came Back to and HDMI Port Didn't work or Project to TV.Called Fremont said they wouldn't do an Exchange (Even tho it clearly Qualified Under their Return/Exchange Policy) Tried Sending Me a “Courtesy” of a $25 Promo Code to make up for a $500 Loss %26 a Ruined Christmas for my 13 Year old.So Went and Returned It %26 They wouldn't even return the amount on their Worthless Protection Plan.Got in contact with Warranty %26 Said they wouldn't cover it because it fell under manufacturer Warranty.This insurance Is supposed To Be good for a full replacement or repair %26 They just passed the buck off to someone else.This is the Absolute worst customer set experience ever.Shame on You Walmart.
