I picked it up from store and within one hour was it put together and blowing snow. I have used it 3 times so far with an average of 6 inches of soft snow each time. extremely happy so far. highly recommend. researched my purchase for a month and not only was this the best built it was the lowest price.

I have never owned a snow thrower before but got tired of shoveling 16 to 20 inches at a time. No longer. I not only do my driveway, I do 5 of my neighbor's driveways in less time and energy than I could even think of doing mine. I think out largest now this year was a foot and I did all 6 driveways in about 2 hours. I wouldn't have been able to do half of mine by shovel in that length of time. It performs better than I ever dreamed it would. I highly recommend them

I was happy to win the auction for this snow blower at a great price since my current one has been acting up. I assembled the unit as per the instructions which was pretty simple since I am a mechanic by trade. The new snow blower went about 100 feet through 8 inches of snow when the transmission stopped working due to the plate pivot rod falling out because of a missing E clip. This caused the drive plate belt to dislodge and become tangled behind the drive pulley. It took me 3 hours and a trip to the hardware store for the clip to repair the problem. I'm guessing the manufacturer is pushing these units out as fast as possible due to high demand.

I unpacked the snow blower and the chute base had a crack in it and the gas shutoff valve doesn't turn. I called the service number and the women I was talking to hung up on me. I called back and got a guy which said he'd send the new parts out that day. It's been two weeks and I still haven't seen any parts. Both problems were there when the blower was crated, but the workers didn't care enough to have them fixed before shipping. I will not purchase any more of their products.

Great machine for a reasonable cost. Works better then some higher priced machines I have tried before.
