Left analog stick Constantly gets stuck and pulls in one direction so whenever you're playing a driving or free world game or even a first person it absolutely sucks, And it takes Triple-A batteries which get drained within a week of use. The afterglow controller takes AA and you can get it through Walmart for PS3 I had one and it was very reliable and the batteries lasted a month at a time.
I visited the website and checked out the specs for this controller and decided to buy it. I got it home, connected it to my PS3 and discovered it wasn't what I needed.. In the description for this product it clearly states, and I quote, "It has all the features that gamers demand, like motion sensing technology". The only "MOTION SENSING" it has is the motion of your fingers physically touching the buttons or moving the joysticks. I don't know what you call it, but if I read 'motion sensing' it means it can detect the angle the controller it is at and movement up, down, left or right. This DOES NOT HAVE THAT CAPABILITY! As I said, the only "motion sensing technology" it has was developed many MANY years ago when electricity was discovered and it was found you could flip a switch and turn it on or off! That is the ONLY "motion" this controller sees! Don't get me wrong, it seems like it might be a good controller if all you are looking for is the use of the buttons and joyticks, but you cannot use it as you would any modern cellphone by moving it in any direction. I obtained a new game and can only play for about fifteen minutes until it requires the motion sensor input, then I'm stuck and cannot go any further, and it seems like it is a very interesting game but it appears that I will have to wait to go further in the game, as i'm returning this controller as soon as possible, to purchase one that actually lives up to it's advertised claims.. As far as my rating of this controller it would probably be much higher if they had not claimed it has motion sensing, and since I bought it strictly because of that I would give it a no star rating if I could, however as I said it seems ok (no longer than I used it) as a basic controller.
runs on aaa bat and haas lasted almost 2 years now
Doesn't last long before it starts to glitch. Mine startes to glitch after a month.
Awesome little controller for my playstation3. Super easy to pair. Runs on 3 aaa batteries so no more charging!
