Good item for price but add $ to service the battery.This one came at %74 battery capacity. Beware, you will probably need to do the same for buying at cheap price. Tack on extra $100 for Battery replacement, heated up super hot after receiving iPhone with red battery level. Smh.

My phone is defective the battery is very bad it keeps turning off and the charger and charger block that was given in the box can't sustain the iPhone battery going down significantly The phone battery went down from 30% to 8% in the span of 5 minutes even while charging And I want a REFUND!!

I bought this phone to replace my iPhone 11 that I finally wore out. It was like brand new, and works great. The only thing is the battery health is pretty low, at 78%, so I'll have to have the battery replaced at some point soon probably. But overall it was a steal for the price and I didn't have to learn how to use a new phone, or pay the equivalent of a months rent to replace my phone.

At first, I was very skeptical about the product because how cheap it was, but when it came in the mail, it was better than I expected. Everything works perfectly fine. It looks brand new. There are a couple scratches, but they're barely noticeable for the price that I got it for it is 100% worth it.
