The phone was very clean with minor scratch at charging site. I was able to quickly turn on phone and take to store to finish getting cell service. Below is everything that came with phone delivery which was also quick.

It's got quite a few scratches and dings but I'm not as worried about that as I am the battery life it doesn't seem to hold a charge well but it's working fine other than that

I got the blue one, it's exactly what I was hoping for! It's so pretty! I just got it yesterday, it's working wonderfully, it was easy to set up too. I'm loving it so far!

Phone came in with scratches on the phone already. I feel it's because of the poor packaging. The box it came, isn't as strong as normal phone box's that apple products come in. It's been such a long process of returning my last 2 phones for malware. I just done have the energy to do over again over scratches on this one I just got.
