All scratched up and cracked

I ordered this phone, first of all ITS NOT UNLOCKED!, Secondly, it was dirty with a jelly sticky film it was gross. It did not bring a charger or even a headset. The packaging was so cheap and unprofessional, it was broken the box by the time I got it, the screen its chipped, and tons of scratches

My iPhone 6 Plus crapped out on me after only 2 years, and instead of sinking another $800-$900 into a new iPhone, I decided to try this as a temporary phone until I'm ready to upgrade. I bought this on 3/17/17 for $99. It's a great deal for that price, considering you're also getting earbuds, a lightning cord, and a USB wall charger/adapter. I bought it in white and that's the color I received. Set up was a breeze. I just popped my SIM card out of the 6 Plus and into the 5c. It worked perfectly, and I was very relieved I didn't have to make a trip to an AT&T store to activate it. I also just updated my 5c to iOS 10.2.1 with no problems. There's no slowdown, no lag. And updating it to the latest iOS seems to have freed up some space on the phone. It went from 2.97 GB available to 3.50 GB, which still isn't much, but I can make it work. The limited space on this phone is really the only downside. Everything else is great.

I like the phone but the storage is little low for today's demand.
