First, this product was listed as 'new', but upon receipt, I was told it was a miscategorization by Walmart and not the seller - Walker Talker Trading, but a refurb model. Then, we discovered after Christmas that the battery was completely shot and would only hold a charge for 10 mins tops. We had to go into Apple to purchase a new battery before we could even use the phone. This was an easy diagnostic in the Apple store and something I would have expected from anyone selling an iPhone. Buyer beware when purchasing refurbished phones from Walmart that the deals may not be deals after all. There are better sites that are more trustworthy. Unfortunately, I expected the Walmart name to offer the trust factor, but they are just a front for an ebay-style selling model and you don't know who you are dealing with or what type of device you will receive. I'm very disappointed with this experience and Walmart.com.

The sleek size and shape of the 6 and product features are great, but when the service is bad, it really doesn't matter. Working side by side with my 5S active on another line, I get better reception than my new 6. Again, great product, poor service!

Maybe the 6s has a lot more new improvements but i dont see much difference aside from the screen and camera have a better looking quality.i havent been impressed with apple since Steve Jobs passed. Hoping next time i decide to upgrade there is something new and they improve battery life. Battery is no better!!!

I bought this phone not long ago and have noticed that the sound is different. The more I have researched I have found that it is only when I talk to someone else with an iPhone 6! They sound like they are on speaker phone or at a far distance. In it sure if the mic is different in these phones but that is the one thing I would change. It doesn't sound good at all!

I had a 4S for a really long time. I like the picture clarity already on this phone. It's taking longer to get used to the size (doesn't fit in my bag as easily). I'm also not loving some of the new features Apple introduced. They feel very intrusive and they are hard to turn off.
