multiple chips/dents in corners on screen and across camera lens. also has a pixel that occasionally likes to flash. delayed shipping. probably wont purchase another without knowing their definition of "good condition"

The phone does not work well, I can't find a case to fit it. I cannot receive or make any calls on my cell phone. I went to my near by Metro CPS and they said that I had no sim card. So then I tried to get them to put one in for but it rejected each everyone of them.

This is not a normal Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I have bought a bunch of cases for it that are made for that phone and they are all too big. I compared it to my broken one and it is definitely smaller. Crud. Have to return it. I knew the price was too good to be true.
