Premier Protein Good Night Protein Shake, Caramel Bliss, Nighttime Protein Blend, Magnesium, Zinc, 8.75 fl oz, 12 Ct

This was pretty tasty. For a very long time, I used to go to GNC and buy something similar but it was so expensive that I stopped. I preferred casein at night with melatonin. I am happy to see a quality version that is affordable. It tastes the same and works well.

This shake was very good! The taste was not as chalky as most proteins and I did sleep through the night that I consumed the product. Overall I think this is a great product that tastes good and provides me with proteins for my metabolism to breakdown through the night.

This is a really good protein drink that I feel good taking at night. The protein can be microwaved for a hot coco taste, which does actually taste like it. There was not many clumps left after I mixed it. I did get sleepy within 30-60 min which I really liked mainly because it was supposed to. Overall I will be using this when I feel I have not winded down for the night.

I really was not sure what to expect from this product. I thought the taste was very good. It did not mix as well as I would have liked. I tried it a couple of different ways, and mixing was somewhat clumpy. Yet, the taste was good. I wasn't sure how well it helped me to go to sleep, I would need to keep taking it to better ascertain this. I did like that this was lower in carbs and had 10 grams of protein. Overall, I would try this product.

I tried the caramel bliss flavor of the Premier Protein food night shake. When reading the bottle it said you could enjoy it warm, so I decided have it as a treat before bed. I warmed it in the microwave and enjoyed it similar to a hot chocolate. It was smooth and creamy. I very much enjoyed sipping it before bed. I slept well that night but cannot be sure if it was due to the shake since it was the only time I had it. One huge plus is that it is only on 1 WW point and it felt like an indulgent treat.
