I love the taste of the caramel protein shake, sometimes you have protein drinks to thick or not a good flavor, this is good though. I drink this after working out, and it hasn't caused any discomfort like some other protein drinks. This mixes fairly easy without having left over chunks not breaking down.

I used this before bed because it said it would help you sleep better and I do believe it helped. The taste was okay I've had better protein but I like the benefit that it helped you have a better sleep. I would like to try other flavors. If you are very picky on how protein shakes taste I don't recommend but if you need something that's like this with protein and helps promote better sleep I say give it a try.

I was supposed to get Vanilla but received Caramel instead. I didn't care for the caramel flavor. I think it might've helped my sleep somewhat but I also take supplements already that are meant to boost sleep. For the amount of calories, I would've liked more protein (speaking as someone who actively tries to build muscle, though). This would be a decent product for the average person who isn't already taking supplements for sleep.

The protein supplement tastes pretty good, like a mix between a chocolate protein and a hot chocolate. The nutritional content isn't terrible either. It however does not mix well with either hot or cold liquids. It stays pretty clumpy even after trying a shaker cup. It does have a funny name though, so extra star.

I wanted to like this, and its probably just a me thing. This tastes too much like cows milk. Which I have a problem with most whey protein unfortunately because its the cheapest and most protein packed. I was really really hoping to like it but I couldn't. I liked it the most cold though (instead of hot).
