The protein supplement tastes pretty good, like a mix between a chocolate protein and a hot chocolate. The nutritional content isn't terrible either. It however does not mix well with either hot or cold liquids. It stays pretty clumpy even after trying a shaker cup. It does have a funny name though, so extra star.

I was excited to try this for the protein content along with the benefit of a healthy sleep routine. I love that it is only 90 calories and 2 grams of sugar. It has an ok taste but I did think I slept better after consuming. I would recommend but I do think the product is a bit expensive.

I drink protein shakes throughout the day, but not usually before bed. I tried this and I am hooked - got rid of any sweet craving I had because it's like hot chocolate and also filled any hunger pains I normally have before bed, so curbed snacking. Definitely going to keep buying.

I absolutely loved this nighttime drink! I heated it up before I drank it, it was a nice warm drink before bed. It kept me from wanting to snack, as it filled me up with the protein. I'll immediately asked my husband if I can buy a case. Would definitely recommend!

This creamy protein shake was the perfect way to end my day. I drank it right before bed and before I knew it I was sound asleep. Tasted good, a few big swallows & I was finished. Great chocolate flavor & just enough to fill you up without being full.
