Premier Protein Good Night Protein Shake, Dreamy Vanilla, Nighttime Protein Blend, Magnesium, Zinc, 8.75 fl oz, 12 Ct

I am usually always reaching for some sort of after dinner snack. And it's not always something I should be eating lol. I try a lot of different protein bars and shakes but it's been difficult to find something that doesn't sit in me for too long and make it tough to fall asleep. This has helped a TON. Knowing I can get a quick fix of protein that digested quick and helped me curb that snacking appetite is super helpful. It's also nice that it actually tastes like chocolate. Sometimes these protein shake flavors can be super hit or miss. Will definitely be looking to order more!

The main appeal of this shake was to give you protein and help you sleep. I heated mine since it's a suggested way of drinking it.. plus I figured it was a cold night, having some hot chocolate would be a nice way to warm up and get to bed. Unfortunately it didn't get my drowsy so I didn't feel it does as its claim says. There is a little more carbs in this drink than their normal chocolate shake which I'm being conscious about. It tastes good, I had no issues with the flavor. It just didn't help me feel sleepy.

I received a free sample of premier protein good night shake. I loved the low sugar content at only 2g. I did fear the artificial sweetener taste that I thought may accompany it but it was indeed a delicious and mildly sweet experience. The protein content could have been a bit higher but a bedtime dose with low calories is great. I only received one bottle so while slept great the night I used it, I cannot opine or verify how effective it is. I do recommend the product and ordered some for myself.

I found this to be a good late night "i need something sweet before bed" drink. with the added protein it was nice that it keeps you slightly fuller then say a glass of chocolate milk. it wasn't something that was amazing and works fabulously, but yeah i would try again or keep around if i ever found them on sale

This shake is a good night time snack and satisfies my sweet tooth at night. The bonus is that it's 10g of protein and easy to digest overnight. I drink this about an hour before I go to sleep and it keeps me full and from reaching into the pantry for junk food.
