Premier Protein Good Night Protein Shake, Caramel Bliss, Nighttime Protein Blend, Magnesium, Zinc, 8.75 fl oz, 12 Ct

This is a pretty tasty protein drink overall. It is smooth, not chalky, and does not taste too artificial. The claims that it helps to improve sleep are a bit lost on me - I did not noticed any difference one way or another, but maybe that was just me. If you want it as a quick snack high in protein, this will do the trick, just do not expect it to knock you out.

I received the Cozy Cocoa flavor and tried it a couple different ways. My favorite way was mixing it with almond milk and warming it up in the microwave. This way made it taste EXACTLY like hot cocoa. I also tried mixing it in with some hot decaf coffee. While it was still tasty, it did have more of a protein after taste so I recommend trying this mixed with your favorite milk and heated up. I did notice improved sleep, and like that the amount of magnesium in this product isn't terribly high. I have had problems in the past where taking magnesium caused migraines if I missed a dose. That was NOT a problem with this protein powder. I really like this as a night time snack and to help me wind down for the night. Highly recommend.

Recently been trying this protein hot chocolate/shake and I've liked it so far. The taste is is a smooth chocolate flavor as advertised, something most people should be familiar with since it's hot cocoa. It mixed quite easily, since I used hot water and did not form any clumps. It's got no fat, while also supplying you with 10g of protein per serving. Overall a good product, as long as you treat it as a protein snack and not expect it to replace a protein shake

Great chocolate taste. Love that it is a multi task protein shake so I'm able to get protein in and also aids in being able to fall asleep. I did notice a calmness and I did fall asleep quicker after drinking. Will be making this part of my daily intake routine.

Premier Protein Good Night Shake was better then I expected. I thought it would just taste like a typical chocolate shake, but I was happy I was wrong. It tasted like a hot coca through and through, this shake is great cold or hot. I will be purchasing in the near future!
