Premier Protein Good Night Protein Shake, Cozy Cocoa, Nighttime Protein Blend, Magnesium, Zinc, 8.75 fl oz, 12 Ct

I tried the caramel bliss flavor of the Premier Protein food night shake. When reading the bottle it said you could enjoy it warm, so I decided have it as a treat before bed. I warmed it in the microwave and enjoyed it similar to a hot chocolate. It was smooth and creamy. I very much enjoyed sipping it before bed. I slept well that night but cannot be sure if it was due to the shake since it was the only time I had it. One huge plus is that it is only on 1 WW point and it felt like an indulgent treat.

I am a Strongwoman contest competitor and have protein shakes throughout the day. I've not had one before with specific benefits for rest, and I would definitely recommend this! Along with protein, this helps me ease into an easy and restful sleep. No grogginess or anything the next morning. And it tastes great! Try it warm!

As far as a protein shake, this tasted fantastic, and somebody who watches carbs and such it is low in carbs and sugars. However, I did not feel it really helped anything in regards to getting an eight nights sleep, but it didn't hinder a good night sleep. I would definitely get this, though for my protein shake supplement.

If it was not for the artificial ingredients, I would be on board. In an age where everyone is paying closer attention to what's in their food, it's difficult to choose the right product. I found the nutrition information to be on par with many name brands, but could not get past the artificial flavor. The powder mixed quite well with dairy and non-dairy milk to deliver a smooth consistency. I mainly used this at night when I had a light dinner. I found that doing this would hold me over until mid morning.

the powder clumps easily if you don't pre-mix it before microwaving it in the microwave. it was kinda hard to swallow even though I tried mixing it very hard. The taste is alright; I got the chocolate flavor but it doesn't taste very chocolaty. Not sure if it helps me sleep better either. Didn't feel the difference.
