It's just like any other premade protein shake, shake it up, and chug it down! I typically use them after my workout or as a quick meal substitute/ snack to get more protein in during my day. I specifically used this one after my workout and it was easy to go down. There were no chunks and definitely tasted better when it was chill versus when it started to get to room temperature. The only thing that I really did not like was the after taste. It really tasted like chalk? It tasted lemony and pretty sweet, but at the end it was kind of just dry tasting and bitter a bit.

I was sent this shake in exchange for a review. This flavor didn't taste like lemon at all. Had no sour taste. It tastes like the milk from a fruity cereal. Its an enjoyable flavor nonetheless. I like how it's ready to go for a snack or to drink after the gym. I would definitely recommend these shakes to friends and family to help replace unhealthy snacks for higher protein. Especially if you have a sweet tooth.

This is one of the better tasting ones. It went down easy and it was yummy. My only downside is that I expected it to be thicker kind of like a dessert consistency. It was very thin, which some people may prefer. I enjoyed that it didn't have a nasty aftertaste that some of the protein drinks do. Thanks for the free sample!

Glad to have tried this free sample from Premier Protein, because now I will be looking for it in stores. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was! Although it's lemon-flavored, it's not overly tart and tastes more like a lemon pound cake. The texture was smooth with a clean taste and it did not have the chalkiness that can be typical of protein shakes. Love that it's 30g of protein, making it easier to hit my protein goal for the day. Honestly, this was a winner.
