I am always looking for ways to sneak protein in! I found that mixing the mini shake with espresso leds to the perfect protein latte! The caramel tastes delicious and curbs my appetite for hour's. It does taste delicious on its own as well, but still my favorite mixed with coffee. Will continue using daily and recommend everyone try it with coffee at least once! You will be hooked!!

I have found that the Premier Protein products are a good alternative in my coffee for creamer. I also drink it as a meal replacement and works well also for that. They offer several flavors and they are all very delicious. I highly recommend them all. If you have never tried these as an alternative to coffee creamer I highly suggest you do that.

I really like the size of this drink because I'm someone who can't solely have a drink as a meal replacement. I had it in combination with a snack and it kept me full for a long time! I like the vanilla flavor but can still taste that protein taste. It's better than most I've tried though!
