Plus the fact that it taste great. It actually taste like a creamy dreamy caramel butterscotch shake is delicious. It's great on the go Chilled so make sure you have it when it's nice and cold. It works great for pre-or post workouts as well. It's not only great for workouts, but if you have low blood sugar, this is something that would work perfectly with only 1 g of sugar it would give you stainable protein let's see you couldn't have a meal or you didn't have the time with that 22 g of protein packed into that bottle it's going to sustain you for a little while for sure. Overall, I definitely recommend this product to anybody who works out regularly trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle has health concerns, potentially a diabetic, or a prediabetic, just wants to watch their sugar content and knows that this is a product that they will enjoy.

I enjoyed this protein shake. I've tried many brands and flavors throughout the years and can say it falls on the positive side of my scale. It's very smooth and you can easily down a bottle in one sitting and would probably enjoy after the gym. The caramel flavor was a nice change because chocolate/vanilla are what most brands push out. For me personally it could be a bit less sweet though. The best selling point with these is that they can hold me over till my next meal. I was working on an important project and got hungry - I didn't want to stop so I grabbed one of these and kept working for another 2 hours.
