Premier Protein Shake, Peaches & Cream, 30g Protein, 11 fl oz, 4 Ct

Ever since this product first come to market I have been buying it. Even when they had the problem with the cap seal, where it was not opened. And with the new larger containers that have a plastic seal that is so hard to open you need a chain saw. Put all in all it I a great product.

I love a bunch of the Premier flavors, but when they added Cinnamon Roll, I had a dilemma. I needed an even number for my regular orders of multiple 12-packs..! (Don't ask...). So, I decided to try Peaches & Cream. Although I'm not generally a fruit flavor fan in my drinks, this one was a perfect change of pace. It now sits honorably in a grouping with Cafe Latte, Cookies & Cream, Caramel, Vanilla and Cinnamon Roll! They are my breakfast most mornings after a 500-calorie-burn workout, and then also a mid-morning supplement. Limited calories and lots of protein. And most of all, I just crave the tastes...

My weight loss doctor recommended Premier Protein Shakes as a meal replacement for breakfast and maybe sometimes for lunch as well. I am a busy professional who does not like to cook or prepare food, so the shakes give me a satisfying meal with great taste with few carbs or calories. He also recommending adding some fruit and/or vegetables to make a smoothie, or perhaps drink the smoothie along with a salad for lunch. I found that online ordering provides me with a lot more choices than the local grocers. My only hesitation is that as a type I diabetic, I am averse to ingesting 30 grams of protein at one time. I also like the flavors that have oatmeal and only 20 grams of protein.

I have an esophageal stricture and am limited to what I can swallow. I use Premier Protein shakes because they are high in protein and low in carbs & calories. I tried many types of protein drinks and this is my favorite. Thanks for continuing to produce this awesome product. I mix it with All Star Health Protein Powder with Greens as well as fruits and fish and flax oil.
