I'm impressed with the Premier Protein Vanilla shake! It has a great vanilla flavor with NO aftertaste. With 22 grams of protein, it's a great way to supplement your protein intake with a meal or snack. I also tried it as a coffee creamer — works for that too.

Caramel Mini Shake by Premier Protein is deliciousness in a bottle. It's loaded with vitamins like calcium, potassium and vitamin D. it is 22 g of protein and almost a 9 ounce bottle and only 1 g of sugar! Now that's a winning combination to me. Plus the fact that it taste great. It actually taste like a creamy dreamy caramel butterscotch shake is delicious. It's great on the go Chilled so make sure you have it when it's nice and cold. It works great for pre-or post workouts as well. It's not only great for workouts, but if you have low blood sugar, this is something that would work perfectly with only 1 g of sugar it would give you stainable protein let's see you couldn't have a meal or you didn't have the time with that 22 g of protein packed into that bottle it's going to sustain you for a little while for sure. Overall, I definitely recommend this product to anybody who works out regularly trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle has health concerns, potentially a diabetic, or a prediabetic, just wants to watch their sugar content and knows that this is a product that they will enjoy.

This is a good protein shake to have for on the go or as a meal replacement. I tried both the Vanilla and Caramel flavor and have to say that I liked the vanilla a lot more which was surprising to me. The vanilla flavor was very smooth and it didn't feel overly sweet. The caramel flavor on the other hand was a bit too sweet for my taste. Either way this is definitely a product that I would like to have on my fridge and will be trying other flavor of!

I was able to try the Premier Protein mini shake for free and I'm pleasantly surprised! It was a perfect size for an on the go snack! I drank it after my morning workout and it kept me full until lunch! The caramel flavor was really good too. I definitely want to try a few more of their flavors! I will be buying more for an easy, quick and delicious snack!
