Got this to try as I was noticing my kidneys seemed to hurt and more so when I urinated. Color looked fairly bad. Started taking these and after a week seems to be clearing up. Not in so much pain. Capsules are normal size, nothing overtly huge. Doesn't smell gross - the contents. I don't burp up any weird taste. 2 a day, keeps my kidneys feeling much better

I got this product about two weeks ago to help me with my painful bladder and kidney problems. I was on a prescription for years and it started ruining my eyes so I went off of it. I have gone from having a lot of pain in my bladder, kidneys and lower back and  instead of having to run to the bathroom ever couple of hours I now go maybe 3 times a day and I urinate more in the 3 times I go. And I don't have to go as often which is awesome and a huge relief. I like this product and I'm sure I will continue to use it.

This cleanse seems to have really helped some kidney and bladder pain that I have been dealing with for a couple of years.
