The lifetime warranty provides you with the parts to repair or replace any issues you might have. Still in style and very durable.

I have had this kitchen faucet for over about 15 years and I LOVE it. About 8 years ago, I couldn't figure out the problem, PFister customer service just sent me a replacement and it is perfect in every way. Just as importantly, when I did have problems with the the cartridge or sprayer, even recently, I received the needed part within days and at no additional cost. This is a company that truly lives up to its warranty promise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed over a year ago. Last month developed a drip on the Hot water side. The customer service team provided replacement cartridges under warranty and I had them in a few days. Excellent customer service. Cartridges were very easy to replace. Occasionally I get a drip and just turn the water on and off and it clears. Overall I'm satisfied with the product and would buy again.

Had a older faucet of this design which started leaking. Customer support sent replacement cartridges which helped. Started leaking again at the spout and again, customer support was quick to send out replacement parts. This time, however, they didn't fit because the internal design had changed. Not to worry, the customer support people came through again with a completely new faucet! I guarantee that any faucet I need in the future will be from Pfister!!
