Primo 601213 Pro-Plus Bottom-Load Hot and Cold Water Dispenser, Black

We were replacing our Primo Bottom Liad water dispenser that we bought several years ago. This is pretty much the same dispenser with a little update to the style. We love our Primo water dispenser.

We just finished our first bottle and love having hot water on tap! I only turned on the cooling portion for a couple tries as I prefer room temp for drinking. But it's nice that you have to option to turn these individually on/off for energy savings

Water is cold but it is so obnoxiously loud when cooling which happens quite often. Ready to take it back.

Bought roughly two weeks ago, the product is working great. It runs quietly and heats and cools water well. I would by again.

This device looks nice aesthetically, it also has features like hot and cold, dispenser light, and an easy lower refill location at the bottom. What I don't particularly enjoy about this model is the paddles to dispense water. It makes it hard for large containers like water bottles and coffee pots to be filled. The tower also has a loud refill noise which can be heard upstairs if you have a quiet home. Other than that it works as expected.
