I love this ceramic water dispenser. Assembly is easy. Connect the base and legs couldn't get any easier. Cleanse with soap and water. It's ready to go. I like drinking temperature water. I have a separate hot water maker 1.7L. Choose not to go with a machine dispenser due to regular cleaning maintenance. Stopped buying plastic bottles due to microplastics. It was both more economical and effective.

This really does everything you need it to do with no need to rely on electricity, the stand took me all of 1 minute to put together and the ceramic jug holder is easy to clean, gravity does all the work for you and it holds a gallon in the reservoir so you have plenty of time to set it up. I've used my previous one for a year no issue so i bought another.

We needed a bottled water dispenser that would hold the smaller (3 gallon) containers, and this unit is perfect. We placed it on a small, steady stand to save counter space. Purchasing on-line with store pick-up saved time, money and aggravation! This was our first Walmart on-line order, and we were extremely pleased with the product and the whole transaction from ordering to pick-up.

This is a good crock. Arrived in one piece ready to use, after washing. Does not leak. I saw reviews on here saying it does not allow continuous flow. This is not true. All you have to do is pull the lever forward enough for it to "set" ~ you can hold it yourself such that when you let go it stops flow or you can pull it all the way forward and it will flow freely, hands free. Water does not have a weird taste after being in it. I do recommend this product.

I invested in the crock as an alternative to lugging home cases of water. We have had it now for well over it year and it still looks and works perfectly. It's so much better than generating mounds of trash from the plastic water bottles. We refill the 5 gallon bottle for $1, sometimes even 75 cents at nearby machines. Can't beat that! The only issues some people may have is the 5 gallon bottles are heavy, esp when you are loading a full one on the crock. I have my two young adult sons to do it for me. If you are not very strong, like me, it will be a problem. However, you can get smaller 3 gallon bottles, or just fill the 5 gallon bottle part way since most machines only charge a quarter a gallon around here. That's what I'd do if I didn't have my sons around.
