The water dispenser was actually defective. After calling PRIMO customer service, they told us to return the item. We took it back and purchased the same one. Works perfectly. Customer service was good.

I had it less than month It started leaking when I turned on the hot water setting. I wasn't planning on using it for hot water so I shut it off At the end of the first tank. I flipped it over only to have 3 gallons of water leak to my floor over night I will upgrade to a bottom feed unit and return to store

CHEAP! When the first one started pushing hot water backbintobthe jug and leaking back out all over the floor i thought that one had a random issue and exchanged it. the second one same issue. 3 with the same exact flaw is ridiculous. Nothing but endless mopping and frustration!!
