Prince Lionheart Infant Seat, Sassy Toy, Adjustable Tray

This product works exactly as described. My daughter is not quite 3 mos and has been using her bebe pod since 2 mos. She is sitting in it longer each time as her muscles are developing. She loves to hit the attached toy. I can sit her in any room I am in and she can see all the activity around her. She and I both love it. I wish this was around when my older 4 were little.

I got this chair for my grandson and it seems to work quite well. He is 5 months old and sits up in it very well. We feed him his baby food while he sits in his chair! He is able to pull the toy off fairly easily though. It doesn't hold as well as I would like but it is great for what we needed!

I am a first-time parent and former child care worker. When I first saw this seat, I thought it would be great for my 5 months old daughter. She didn't care for it, at first, but after a week, she is happy to sit and play with the attached toy. We also use this seat for feeding. It's easy to clean, sturdy and easy to transport. The drawbacks: It was a little tricky to figure out the attachments of the pommel and the tray, at first. My daughter does lean to one side while she is in it. Overall, we're pretty happy with this chair.

I guess I was expecting my 5 month old daughter to love this seat, but I was wrong. It's a great place for her to sit when I have to put her down for a moment, but she doesn't really like sitting in it for an extended period of time. I do like the tray (and she does play with the included toy whilst sitting in the bebePOD), but the white middle cover isn't secure and she pops it off all of the time (it doesn't appear to be broken, maybe just a design issue). It was expensive, but if it assists her in sitting on her own, then I'm more than happy.

There has been alot of press about the safety issues of the Bumbo seat (tipping over, etc while child was left unattended), but I found this seat to be very sturdy and stable. I put a boppy around the back of it just in case for extra support since we have hardwood floors. My son, who is almost 4 months old, really likes the chair. He enjoys playing with the toy on the tray alot. It seems to be strengthening his back and helping him to learn how to sit up. The tray in itself is not the easiest to attach and the clearance over the legs is pretty low. So far I find this to be the only negative. I recommend this item.
