Printer Troubleshooting or Repair by HelloTech

Jonathan was excellent (as have been my previous work with HelloTech). He arrived on time and was gracious and courteous. He showed me what he was doing as we went through document conversion, and then worked on my printer. He showed me where to find resources online, and gave me a few pointers on printing remotely. Excellent rep who did an excellent job!

I received a text on the day of my first Serice letting me know kindly he was running behind. I chose to message him On that line for the 2nd Serice and he set it up through the company for me. So he did not ask me to contact him directly but was very professional and made sure I was taken care of!

David was fantastic. He was professional and polite. He worked to get our printers working until everything worked perfectly. He answered all my questions. He also showed me how to use the HelloTech website in the event that I needed to schedule work in the future. 5 star rating.

The guy didn't know what he was talking about he was saying that I need glossy paper for a photo. Which it wasn't a photo it was a site that I saved, also saying it doesn't print that color in the hp paper. But I solved it the ink that I have wasn't good so I got me a new one and it works back to normal.

Matt was extremely courteous and professional. Most of all he was patient with my wife and I since we are not technically profient with computers. We are so grateful and thankful for his caring attitude. Thanks to Matt for the way he treated us with kindness and he completed the work above and beyond superbly.
