I had a Cricut Create for years, decided to upgrade to the Cricut Mini since it is smaller than the expression, but I can still cut with 8.5 x 11 papers instead of cutting down the 12x12 papers for my Create. It cuts well and since I subscribe to the Cricut Image Library with the Craft Room software, I find I can create a lot more projects and with better sizes than before. Definitely worth it. I just got one for my mother as well!
Was unaware that I could not draw images to cut, that I had to buy a cartridge even if I only need one image from it. I only wanted to build creative signs for my buisness, will be better off with a printer, prints what I need and nothing else. I already have to buy the cutting bits and mats, I feel gouged when forced to purchase images.
Was so excited to buy it, only to hate it. So frustrating how the mat does not line up and the cutting never is accurate. Always get an error message having to turn the machine off and on again
Easy to use and works very well with vinyl. Great for simple projects!
I like the old cricut machine, but I really like that I can use this mini to make the most use of my paper and cut multiple items at once.
