They worked great for a couple of weeks. Then the speaker breaks and no one can hear you. 3 different pairs!

The PS4 Silver headsets are a good value. Excellent sound, good features, great price. BUT... I've had mine for only EIGHT WEEKS and the head band cracked just exactly where the other reviewers said it would...at the top, center of the headband. (My hat size is 7-1/4) The headsets are definately a SNUG fit. I'm sure they would be very comfortable for a smaller, teen sized head. BUT after an hour of use, it is just too painful to wear the headsets any longer. I won't be replacing the Silver headsets with another pair of the same. I'll do some shopping even if it costs a few more dollars. SONY...take care of this recurring defect.

For the price, Sound is great! This PlayStation product is great quality!

I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you buy the protection plan . Within a week the headset cracked down the middle.

Sonys' claim of this product being durable is quite misleading. This headset should come with two things.... 1. A warning label that reads "warning this product will crack in the middle if placed on head or over ears. 2. A tube of superglue for repairs needed after trying them on. (Or at least you could glue them to your ears and get some use out of them.) My son was almost in tears after his broke on easter morning. Very disappointig product!
