Purdy White Dove 662071 Paint Roller Cover, 1/4 in Thick Nap, 7 in L, Dralon Fabric Cover

I have been using Purdy brushes & Purdy white dove roller covers for years with good results. My recent FR & kitchen painting project left multiple roller marks with newly purchased white dove covers & had to be redone. I switched to the Purdy marathon & golden eagle covers and the roller marks disappeared. No more white doves for me!

I bought these rollers for my first room paint because they were recommended. Maybe that was an older product, because I immediately had the same uneven "flat tire" rolling that other reviewers also experienced. I just could not make a solid mark on the wall without skipping with each rotation and hearing a rumbling noise due to uneven contact with the wall. I tried switching to another sleeve in the pack and got similar results. I tried switching frames too with no improvement. I started to think the problem was my lack of skill, but I bought a roller sleeve from another brand and the results were much better. Will be avoiding Purdy rollers in the future.

The White Dove cover roller for paint do a wonderfully job and paint turn out looking great it adsorbed the paint well and do the job with one swipe of the paint Would recommend this cover to others for doing paint jobs [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We used this paint roller to paint our bathroom. The paint rolled very consistently and smoothly. The roller didn't leave any trash or fuzzy bits on the wall with the paint. Will definitely use Purdy brand again for the next room we paint. We liked it so much that we washed it out and plan to use it for our next painting project. I am really happy with this roller, It held the paint well and applied the paint with perfection. The surface was pretty smooth and roller made it just beautiful. The roller didnt over drip like some and just rolled right over the surface and put just the right amount of paint on the wall, no lines or streaks. Very happy with the roller.
