Just what our dog needed to be healthy and shed some excess weight. Great balance of nutrition.

The OM has worked very well for our female Rottweiler. She seems to be losing very quickly. The only thing with our girl is she has a very sensitive stomach and switching her from weight management has seemed to upset her. We will finish the bag and see how it goes.

I had 2 barrel dogs that loved to eat everyone else's food and their size and shape definitely showed it. I tried every food and suggestion given to me by friends and family but nothing was working. The vet gave me several options for prescription weight loss foods but I refused due to costs. They gave some store brand recommendations, still no change. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get the prescription food bc their weight was causing other issues. I tried other recommended prescription foods that my friends recommended and it did nothing. Finally I tried the Purina OM select select blends and they both started losing weight after the first month. I like to take the soft pieces out and use them as treats for the dogs and they love it. Sometimes I'll put the little shredded chicken pieces in the other dogs bowls and they won't realize they are eating different food and will stick to their own bowls. My dogs have liked it so much I've kept them on it as maintenance food.

My pet has been on this food for a few months now and my Vet and I have noticed a definate decrease in my dogs weight. I feed the amount my vet had told me she should be on and she does not seem to be hungry. I am only feed OM no extra treats for a treat I will give her the OM wet food and that seems to do the trick.

She was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and had gained 6 pounds. She loves the food, and I think she likes that she gets a little more volume of food at a time than normal. Who wouldn't like to get to eat more and lose weight at the same time? I will definitely recommend this diet!
