Excellent quality. I can definitely see a difference in my hair

I purchased this product a month ago and I can already tell the difference in my skin.
Is a great product .... but most of the capsules stuck together in a glob of sorts. Had to shake and shake the bottle vigorously to separate capsules. Once separated, product worked well and was easy to swallow.
I had been taking hair skin and nails vitamins, but they were bulky and large. I am achieving the same results with these much smaller easy to take pills.
