I purchased this for my IN HOME BUSINESS so that when I am presenting at a party that I don't have to SHOUT at my customers for them to hear me if the party is a louder one. It lets them hear me clearly and I still have a voice the next day. Also I am softspoken naturally so this has really helped even at quieter parties too. LOVE it!

I had a problem with my vocal cords and needed "volume" for semi-informal speaking scenarios. This worked fine, but I had to play with the microphone a bit to get the sound at its best. But it did help. For the amount I paid for this, I got my money's worth. If you're using this for professional speaking, you'll be disappointed. I used it for speaking in a crowd in a seminar, a classroom type atmosphere. For that, it worked okay.

This is perfect for elementary school teachers. Having to speak loudly all day, my throat would hurt by Friday and my voice would sound scratchy. This microphone has saved me. My students hate when I'm not using it because they're used to the clear, loud projection from the little speaker. It's light weight, easy to use, and you can adjust the belt easily. It stays charged for days. If I had to say something negative about it, I would say I hate that it dents my straight hair... Ha! I'll take dented hair over strained throat any day. A great investment!

This device meets the needs just as it says. Used it first for addressing parade field of Cub Scouts, the next week it worked for the sports guy at our vacation bible school. Also works for getting my tween daughter down out of her room. (stops the "What, I didn't hear you) Keeps a good charge for the day.Only downfall is you do have to watch where the mic is in order to play it, I usually end up putting the head piece around my neck and having it go up. (others use it as directed and worked better for them)Other part is the belt strap. I wore it more like a necklace, so the sound wasn't coming from my crotch.
