Quality Craft Mission Style 36" Electric

This fireplace is beautiful! It heats the space we need perfectly and the kids enjoy sitting by the fire. It puts out a quiet hum of heat and the flame looks so real.

The photo for this product looks far better then the actual product. You have to build it and there are numerous problems: 1. The parts are incorrectly labeled and the bags of parts are incorrectly marked. 2. The holes are not aligned and more holes have to be drilled by the customer. 3. The instructions are nearly impossible to use. They do not match up with the parts included. 4. A few of the pieces were warped due to moisture. 5. The fireplace has only one small simulated piece of wood. This does not match the overall size of the unit. I do not recommend this unit to anyone.

Ordering on line was not user easy. However, when I received my fireplace, I loved it. The wood quality was like furniture. I am very happy with my fireplace.

This fireplace exceeded expectations. After reading the reviews, I wasn't sure if I wanted to give it as a gift. I purchased it, assembled it myself, and was very impressed. The instructions were not as bad as everyone had made them out to be.
