Quality Craft Traditional 28" Electric F

It was missing parts called the company they said it would take 6-9 months to get the parts. Now I have to box it all back up and take it back to walmart for a retun!!

Looks good but very hard to put together and having a problem with puttting on the fron grill. Grill fits but the bar in it is to long and it wont go on.

The item looks nice, I did receive it with a little chip of the wood right in front but I just don't have the time to follow through replacing the item because of it. Couple things, the fan is a little noisy which isn't so bad, if it only came on when the heater was running but if you want to just run the fire light for looks, the fan turns on too. Also, keep in mind when you are purchasing a heater like this, and where it is going, it would have been worth buying one that had a remote. It is in our bedroom and after the room warms up or if it is cold, it would have been nice to be able to turn it off or on without getting out of bed. Other than that it looks nice and I can't say if it heats well because we have not had winter weather yet.

Other than the shipment being late due to snow storms I love this fireplace and the heat is awesome for my large living room (23' x 13'). I would definitely recommend this if you live in an apartment.

Nice simulated fire with heat. It was easy to assemble and adds a nice homy feel in the room. However, I only have had it for a couple of weeks, it works just fine and gives an extra warmth to the room.
