I initially purchased this product to help clear my hpv. I have only been taking it for 3 weeks and plan to take it for the recommended 6 months at 3g per day to see if it works. what I didn't expect from it was the positive side effects. I currently suffer from generalised anxiety disorder and had been taking cbd oil which helped take the edge of the anxiety. after 7 days of taking the ahcc, I noticed that my anxiety symptoms had reduced to nearly nothing. I have had moments but nothing like before taking it. my mind feels clearer and sleeping better at night (used to get up multiple times per night but now nearly sleeping through). I also suffer from reflux which has improved dramatically, energy is amazing and immune system great (avoided recent stomach flu in the house). will update at the end of the 6 months to see if the hpv does clear.

Took 2 capsules every day for six months and it did absolutely nothing for my abnormal cells due to HPV. I was at cin 2 at the start of the six months when I started taking the capsules and it became cin 3. Very disappointed because the capsules cost hundreds of pounds

I got this for the immunity benefits thinking there is a chance to improve it. I have not taken it long enough to notice benefits but I will be continuing to take it. The packaging is good, the size of the capsule as well, and the bottle is made of glass so it feels good quality.
