QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SIMPLE START 2018 (Email Delivery)

When setting up the financial books for our HOA, the accountant suggested QuickBooks. Nothing was organized prior to QuickBooks. Keeping books, paying vendor invoices and sending out billing invoices was a total "by guess and by gosh" operation. Monthly and annual reports were impossible. The books were full of errors and accountability was totally not remotely possible. Linking QuickBooks with the bank made paying invoices all the easier. The price doubled over 12 to 13 years and that wasn't appreciated. One problem occurred with the transition of the treasurer responsibility to a new treasurer. Using the same email and same computer for QuickBooks and for personal accounts for some reason allowed the new treasurer to gain access to personal records, such as, TurboTax and ItsDeductible. Each year of ItsDeductible was wiped clean and I got notice that our TurboTax files were opened by a third party. Just use a different email address and a different computer, if possible, when using QuickBooks for any business that is not your own. Quickbooks is a great idea and other than the small bit of extra time needed to set it up for the business, the time that is made up throughout after that is very much worth it.

i have used QB for years, i like the system a lot. i have 3 issues -- 1st cant remove balance due off the ubvoices. i dont need it and it confuses my customers because they have multiple invoices but only need to pay that 1 invoice. i get over paid a lot. 2, reciept matching is a pain. i stopped using it because i have to spend hours every month dbl checking it. 3rd lack of notification when yall uodate or nake changes to the program.

I love how easy it is to quickly type up and send out an invoice. Then it's so convenient to be able to track the progress of the invoices and also track earnings. It's so important for me to stay on top of where I stand with billing and Quickbooks makes it a worry-free experience.

Confusing services and price points. Incompatible service options especially for payroll. Getting payroll started and integrated with Tsheets has been horrible. I wish I had chosen another product....

I love that my accountant has direct access to my Quickbooks and can go in and get what she needs at her convenience. It allows me to send professional invoices to my clients and helps me to keep all my expenses very organized, without needing to save hard receipts.
