[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was excited to try the toothbrush after it arrived. She loved the color and the size seemed to fit her hand well. It could have been a little thicker to make grasping a little easier or contoured to fit and improve the hold of the toothbrush. She did mention that she likes there is a timer to help her be aware of making sure she has brushed the time recommended. The brush head works well for her, as she has a smaller mouth and the arches of her palate are small; so she can brush effectively with the size of the brush head. Overall its a good toothbrush for her and she is able to brush effectively. Thank You Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing us to try the quip Kids Sonic Battery Toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Quip kid toothbrush free as part of the Steller Product Testing Panel. It's a great starter electric toothbrush for kids. The vibrations are very calm and not that noticeable. Our kids are 6 and 8, and both have liked using the Quip toothbrush. They have tried other electric toothbrushes that are too powerful so they didn't like them. The timer helps the kids focus on each part of their mouth longer. They like the toothbrush but aren't interested in brushing their teeth more than just once a day still. The only issue we had was that it didn't come with any instructions and I can't tell if any part of it is replaceable or if it's a one time use product. I tried to take it apart to see how to replace the batteries but was not able to. Nor was I able to take off the toothbrush head.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My seven year old daughter loves this toothbrush which is great because it motivates her to brush more without prompting from me. It's really user friendly in its design and she likes that it pauses to remind her to switch areas and she says she likes that “it stops on its own.” She also loves that it sticks to a smooth surface (our mirror) so it's always in reach. I like the design of this brush, the gentle and different textured soft bristles, and that it's helped my daughter become more independent and self motivated to get her teeth brushing done each day. She brushes for the full two minutes now, which she wasn't doing with her old electric toothbrush. This is a great toothbrush all around and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to try this toothbrush, we love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this from Stellar product testing panel in exchange for a review, it's for our 9 year old daughter who hates brushing her teeth. She was actually excited to receive a toothbrush because it came in such a neat futuristic package. The tube it came in was saved for craft projects. I thought it would be a good travel case before I realized that the stand/holder can just be flipped over and used as a toothbrush cover for travel. The slim design is much easier for her to hold onto than the bulky kids electric toothbrushes we normally see in stores. The color is vibrant and fun. The small head is perfect for a kid size mouth. I think the best feature though is that it is timed in 30 second intervals. We used to use 2 minute hourglass for her so she would brush for the right amount of time. The 30 second intervals remind her to move to a different quadrant of her mouth. It's a modern design with clever features, we really like it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a quip kids toothbrush from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and let my 3-year-old give it a spin. After a few weeks of brushing with it, we're sold and I'm considering buying one for my older child. I really like that the whole brush is simple, slim and compact; unlike other electric brushes for kids, this one fits easily in his hand (and mine, too, for when I help out). The flat brush head seemed more comfortable in a tiny mouth, and reduced the amount of gagging. My kid was really excited about brushing with the quip brush compared to a manual brush (which caused a lot of tooth-brushing struggles lately), and I felt more confident that I was really knocking off plaque with the sonic vibrations. The built-in timer reminded us to hit each area of the mouth equally. And, it's nice to not have to keep track of a charger, though we haven't even changed the battery after a few weeks of regular use. An extra perk: the holder doubles as a travel case, which is perfect for packing an overnight bag to grandma and grandpa's house.
