[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the quip Kids Sonic Battery Toothbrush. The slim design is a game changer. It feels less intimidating for my youngest child, and I personally love that it takes up less space in the bathroom. I have it mounted to the mirror, and it's nice to know that it won't get knocked over onto the bathroom floor or somewhere else that is not clean. I also like the bristles. They seem more sturdy like they will last longer (even if they are sometimes getting chewed on during the brushing process). The built-in timing mechanism helped encourage longer brushing too! My seven year old has been using an electric toothbrush for several years, but always complains that its to hard and makes her nose tickle. The quip brush is her new favorite. First off, the simple sleek design and how little space it takes up. We are loving the holder that attaches to the mirror. The soft sonic vibrations are fantastic, my daughter loves brushing her teeth with this. No longer complains of the aggressive vibrations and tickle on her nose. She loves the timer and it helps us keep her accountable for doing the full two minutes. I cannot wait to take this when we travel. As its smaller and less bulky than other brands, it will be easy to pack. Huge hit and she is once again more motivated to brush her teeth.

I loved the look of it, and it fit really well into my 8 year old's hand. However, when I asked her what she thought, she said she would have preferred something more "fun and colorful". I do really appreciate that it comes with a stand. Plus the stand also has a case that screws right into it which makes it easily portable. The vibrating effect is ok, but I think I'll be getting her a brush that oscillates because I feel that those clean better. It's pretty cool that it comes with a timer that lets your kid know when to switch sides (it vibrates extra hard every 30 seconds). Unfortunately, my kid is impatient, as kids are, and didn't always complete the full 2 minutes. But she still got a good clean, I'll take what I can get! In summary, the design of the stand/case and the timer are the best features of this toothbrush. Improvements could be made on the method of cleaning, as the vibration is very light so she would just manually brush. Also, a more fun looking toothbrush would appeal more to kids.

I was really excited because my sons just had dentist appointments and the dentist actually recommended trying a sonic toothbrush. She said spin brushes (which they were using) don't work well. We somehow got lucky and got a yellow toothbrush which is my 4 year-old's favorite color so he was excited to try it out immediately for that reason alone. He also got excited to stick the toothbrush to the mirror in its holder. It's a cute extra for kids and I'm surprised with how well it works. We've already taken it off and moved it several times (because that's what toddlers like to do) and it's still sticky. The size is perfect for toddler hands and even though the “q” button was hard for him to press at first, he learned how to do it pretty quickly. The toothbrush is so quiet that I checked to make sure it was on the first few times he used it. I love the 30-second pulses for an even clean. He figured them out quickly. I still finish brushing for him but it gives me more confidence that he's doing a thorough job on his own. He loves having a toothbrush like mommy and daddy and loves that it gives him more independence. He is always so proud to show me his smile when he's done. He runs out to show daddy how clean his teeth are and I really have seen a difference in how clean they are. He enjoys this brush so much that now his 2 year old brother wants his own in blue.

This toothbrush was perfect for his little hands and simple for him to use on his own. My favorite part is that it doesn't clutter up my already too small bathroom sink and I was able to stick the toothbrush holder on the wall where my son was able to reach it. If I'm being honest that part alone made me want to buy them for my whole family and save even more space. It's truly waterproof and doesn't build up yucky gunk that his old toothbrush did. The timer helped my son remain accountable for brushing for the full 2 minutes and saved me from figuring it out. Definitely would recommend this toothbrush for little ones.. and even adults.
