I'm using these to help lower my blood pressure along side of these bad blood pressure pills called lisinopril. But I know these raw farm of CoQ10 takes 2 to 3 months and I ran out about two weeks ago, so I probably have to start all over. But I really think they are pretty good.

I do not recall ordering this item I normally order Qunal Tumeric with black pepper which I have done for at least a year so you can imagine my supprise on recieiveing this item.

I have been using Qunol for approximately (12) years. I have been into health %26 fitness all my adult life. I can feel the difference when I don't take Qunol for a few days. However, I do take a week or so rest off all supplements so my body does not become dependent on them. I also do this to flush out my kidneys and detox monthly.
