Woody Allen gives a nostalgic look back at the early 20th century with Radio Days. MGM has done fair work on this 1.85:1 anamorphic transfer. The colors and flesh tones all look even and clear. While the black levels tend to be evenly solid, there is a good amount of dirt in the image that is a bit distracting to the viewer. Overall Radio Days is a very eye-pleasing transfer by MGM. The audio is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono (in English, French, and Spanish) and sounds good in the confines of the film. Though fidelity and depth are lacking in this track, the movie is often dialogue-driven and sounds fine backed by this mono track. Also included on this disc are English, French, and Spanish subtitles. Much like the previous Woody Allen discs from MGM, Radio Days only sports a theatrical trailer as its single supplemental feature. Radio Days is a well-produced disc, if a little disappointing in the bonus materials department.
