Great for my teen boys. They take these every night.

I use to use these vitamins when I was in high-school. I had bad acne and these were a good food based multivitamin with dermacomplex to help promote healthy clear skin. From what I remember they did help a little. I has severe acne so I was also taking medications so it might have been a combo. I think they are the perfect multi vitamin especially for teens who may not eat the best or have a well rounded diet. If you can get past the large size of the pill and the nasty after taste (which can be avoided by taking jt with OJ) then they are a great vitamin with many great benefits

I've been using these for a few years, buying it at the grocery store every month or so, and it has been an overall great experience. It provides great energy, cleared up what issues I had with my skin, and makes me generally feel better. I will say the taste of them used to make me gag with its overt bitter and herbal taste/smell but I got over it. Would recommend for any teens!
