I absolutely love this product and have recommended it to friends and family. It has an awful taste, but only one capsule is required per day so it's worth it.

This is an amazing probiotic! I had taken it for about 2 months before I noticed significant regularity it my bowel movements (TMI sorry). The cons: it's expensive, and the capsules are huge! They also taste horrible, so take them quick! I love that this is a vegan formula, great option for those who are looking for a vegan option.

The capsule Can either be swallowed or opened up and poured into a drink. Probiotics are so important. This product is easy way to keep your digestive system on track. I am so happy with the Rainbow Light Pro Bio Active. It works great and is gentle on the stomach. It is also shelf stable and does not contain a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. Rainbow Light has become our family's go to brand for almost all of our vitamin needs! I highly recommend! They are a little pricier than store brands but still in the affordable range. The money spent is well worth it and we have been able to find some of them in larger quantities which makes the cost even more reasonable!
