Only woman's vitamin on the market that contains Black Cohash (and reduced my hot flashes significantly as soon as I started taking them. I recommend them to allll my friends in menopause!
I have been taking these vitamins for many years. I am 69 years old and in great health.
I used to take Menopause One for years. Why they stopped making it, I don't know. I switched to this, only to learn that it has iron in it, which I cannot take. When you look at the ingredients, “iron” is so blurred on the list, I couldn't read it. I'll be giving these away.
I agree with Lynn54 review. Have taken the original menopause one vitamin for years. It was great. Why did you discontinue it? It helped me in so many ways as Lynn described, as well as many other women. The new one is a total let down. Feel tired, no energy, etc.
It does not have the energy levels like the women's vitamin does.
