Red Heart Amigurumi Crochet Kit, Molly the Octopus

My son bought me chirp the bird so that I can make it. I went to the site and there is no chirp the bird available to watch the video. What am I to do now? I need the video to teach me how to do this and there isn't one! Better not have to toss this I hope you can tell me where the video is.

This kit was a freebie with my purchase. I am new to amigurumi so this is a great way for me to try it. Everything included and the instructions look clear. Looking forward to trying this out.

I just bought this a couple of days ago, and I started it but quickly noticed that the yarn just disintegrates in your hands. It's very thin, and the layers of it just separate, and everything gets tangled in a huge mess. I was looking forward to doing this, but with the quality of the yarn, I don't think it's feasible.

I am not an inexperienced crocheter and this amigurumi kit is a total waste of time and money. The yarn splits CONSTANTLY and I am not certain if it's the fault of the yarn, the included crochet hook, or both. I am disappointed. I am going to try yarn from my stash and see if the pattern works out.
